April 2026 Newsletter

Dear Friends and Faithful Partners,

The picture is above is one of the beautiful flowers that grow in the front yard of the Deep River Mission guesthouse, which is where I stay whenever I’m in Haiti. I traveled there this month. My trip went well even though it rained nearly the entire week, turning the streets into shallow riverbeds.

Several people turned out in spite of the  weather to hear me teach on the book of Revelation. After class, one lady asked if I would stay back and talk. She told me she had  had a dream about me a couple of months ago. I was in a hurricane, crying for help and trying not to be blown away. In the dream, she prayed fervently for me until the storm passed. She only got the chance to tell me in person because of a last-minute schedule change. I appreciated knowing that God was moving someone to pray for me. It has been a difficult, tumultuous season.
